About Us
My passion for creative Caribbean Cuisine ignited my culinary journey.
Growing up on the island of Jamaica I learned to prepare classic Caribbean dishes at a young age. Experimenting with methods to fuse authentic flavors with a modern twist sparked my interest in the culinary arts. Making the decision to go to culinary school enabled me to combine my love of cooking with my artistic creativity. As a professionally trained chef, my skills have awarded me the privilege of traveling around the world. This exposure has allowed me to acquire an in depth knowledge of international cuisine.

Having had the honor of working with world renowned chefs such as: Marco Pierre White, James Martin and many others, has uniquely positioned me to create extraordinary meals. My experiences have inspired me to begin my own food service venture. The intentions of JamRock Grill is to unite Caribbean favorites with contemporary variations.
